Settlers Inn started in 1993 by Tom and Joan Dorsey. Tom, a manufacturing engineer , and Joan a registered dietitian, wanted to provide a place for high quality, nutritious, home cooking. They first opened as a full service restaurant and tavern in a renovated historic building in downtown Cedarburg.

As the demand for their food increased they expanded to include catering. One year later a deli and bakery were added. We are a family owned and operated business. We are a part of the community having raised our three children in Cedarburg. All our children and Tom’s parents have worked in the business over the years.

Have lunch in our 125 year old historic dining room complete with original woodwork, bar, icebox, and tin ceiling. Dining room available for rental for your private party.

Carryout entrees, sandwiches, soups, salads and desserts are available daily. Make dinner more enjoyable with meal selections from our freezer.

Enjoy from scratch baking specializing in home style pies, cakes and cupcakes, cut out sugar cookies, and dessert bars.
